Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the timely renewals, upselling and new lead generation for the Journal sales/ advertisement
• Collections of outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with the team and clients by managing the sale of Journals/ advertisement schedules, maintaining and communicating important documents and relevant information
• Coordinate with the Libraries & Institutions for renewals.
• Support the clients with after-sales requirements of advertisement schedule and artwork material
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness on internal software
• Monitor the advertisement revenue, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the organizing of promotional material or events
• Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Performa Invoices, and follow-up on outstanding payments
• Coordinating with accounts for invoices and o/s payments etc.

Requirements:

• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions, experience with Medcom companies will be a plus
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
