Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the timely renewals, upselling and new lead generation for the Journal sales/ advertisement
- Collections of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the team and clients by managing the sale of Journals/ advertisement schedules, maintaining and communicating important documents and relevant information
- Coordinate with the Libraries & Institutions for renewals.
- Support the clients with after-sales requirements of advertisement schedule and artwork material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness on internal software
- Monitor the advertisement revenue, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the organizing of promotional material or events
- Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Performa Invoices, and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Coordinating with accounts for invoices and o/s payments etc.
Requirements:
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions, experience with Medcom companies will be a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
