Sales Coordinator Job in Allterra Solutions LLP at Navi Mumbai-Others, Navi Mumbai

Prepare Quotations and follow up on quotations made to clients. 
Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. 
Input orders, coordinate for dispatch of material, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and accurately delivered on time. 
Tracking the delivery status of dispatched material with courier partner to meet delivery schedule.
Submit bills and arrange required documents for same like Acknowledgment receipt from a client, POD, Tax Invoice, etc., to the client for timely collection of payment and follow-up for payment. 
Handle calls, emails, and messages, answer customer queries, inform them of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing meetings. 
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. 
Maintain and file sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Handing Enquiries from customers.
