Job Description

Sending offer and follow-up for an order , Payment and Dispatch, Coordination between Company and Clients. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and sending quotations and offers to clients based on their requirements.

  • Following up with clients regarding order confirmation, payments, and dispatch schedules.

  • Coordinating with the internal departments such as production, accounts, and logistics to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

  • Maintaining smooth communication between the company and clients for order updates, clarifications, and after-sales support.

  • Ensuring proper documentation of orders, invoices, and dispatch records.

  • Handling client queries professionally to maintain strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
