Job Description
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order processing.

Manage order inquiries, follow-up with distributors/retailers, and ensure product availability.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain sales records.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for on-time delivery of goods.

Assist in tracking sales targets, schemes, and promotional activities.

Handle customer queries and provide necessary support for issue resolution.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.

Understanding of FMCG sales cycles, distribution network, and market operations.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
