Job Overview

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. They act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and other departments, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer records, sales data, and relevant documents in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with clients regarding order status and after-sales service.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
  • Schedule meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels related to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
4. Communication & Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by providing necessary information and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
