1. Getting drawing prepared from the design team as per client required.

2. Preparing offer as per client requirement (As per given drawing & documents)

3. Taking follow-up for the submitted offer from Dealer & Small Clients.

4. Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding received orders.

- Material availability

- Dispatch the material, DIF form,

- Invoice Checking (SAP Code, HSN Code, Description etc.)

5. Maintain the documents like- HR Compliance, Receiving Copy of Invoice, and Reconciliation Sheet. (As per site required)

6. Tracking Daily Work at site including in time & out time.

7. Take Estimate Expense Details for before the site started.

8. Payment Follow-up as per PO terms.

9. Handling Indiamart Enquiry, Follow-up Enquiry (in WA grp), Small Clients Enquiry.

10. Maintain Zoho Expenses for cash record.

11. Arrangement of services tools as per site requirement.

Timing - 10am to 6pm (Alternately Saturday off and Sunday fixed off)

Pick up and drop from Naigaon station till factory
