A Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team to achieve business growth and revenue goals. The position involves a mix of administrative duties, customer service responsibilities, and active sales support. A Sales Coordinator ensures that the sales department operates efficiently by handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. They should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach. The Sales Coordinator serves as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and other departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance.
