Sales Coordinator Job in Oil and Gas Equipment Supplies at Karve Nagar, Kothrud, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, inquiries, purchase orders, and email correspondence.
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email and phone for documentation status and project updates.
• Sometimes visit local vendors and suppliers for document coordination, follow-ups, and inspections.
• Support the sales team in tracking project status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain digital records of communication and documentation for each project.
• Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Travel as required within Pune and occasionally outside the city for business meetings or vendor visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 year of experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Marathi/Hindi an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel locally and internationally as and when required.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, responsible and eager to learn.
