· Supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders , sending proforma Invoice
· Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in CRM tools and ERP software will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of sales metrics, order processing, and reporting systems.
