Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, order processing, customer interactions, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
Ensure timely order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processing.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with order tracking.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
Maintain sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.

4. Follow-ups & Communication:

Follow up with clients for pending orders, payments, and feedback.
Liaise with distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Assist in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation efforts.
