• Supporting the sales team for order management.
• Follow-up and payment collection.
• Customer creation, indenting.
• Maintaining data of the Customers.
• Handling customer queries and the status of the Order.
• Updating the internal sales team on the dispatch details.
• Updating customers on the day to day transaction
• Tracking vendor payment and processing the same
