Job Description

Experience :1- 3 Years

● Process orders via email or phone with customers and regional managers in India and Overseas.

● Coordinating the sales and service teams by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

● All the document activities and updates using the ZOHO application and follow-up till dispatch.

● Maintains sales reports and customer records for weekly and monthly review meetings.

● Reporting simultaneously to GM and Top Management about sales and service department activities.

● Customer handling and Payment follow-ups.

● Transport and logistics arrangements for both local and export.

● Responding to complaints from customers about sales & service.

● Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

● Customer satisfaction reports are taken through email, phone, and other forms.

● Provide administrative support to the Sales and service teams.

● Involved in ISO certifications and renewals.
