Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will be responsible for Communication with Customers during Pre-Sales & Post-Sales. Prepare and send all documentation to enable customers to make a decision. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare Sales Quotations
- Prepare Technical Datasheets
- E-Mail & Telephonic Communications with Customer / Consultants / Architects.
- Keeping Track of Orders & Material Requirements.
- Weekly Order / Project Reports.
- Weekly Enquiry Database updation.
- Maintain Customer / Consultants / Architects Database.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0 - 2 years experience in sales related role
- Highly efficient in Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
