Job Description
Job Location: Vikhroli West
Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
· Respond promptly to daily inquiries promptly and provide detailed product information via phone, email, or other communication channels.
· Follow up with leads in the pipeline, ensure a systematic record of leads and maintain regular communication.
· Identify and forward potential leads with all relevant information to sales personnel and coordinate with internal departments.
· Provide status updates to seniors and assist in tracking conversion progress, obtain regular updates on the status of ongoing negotiations and deals.
· Prepare and share daily MIS reports with the HOD, highlighting key metrics on the status of inquiries, leads, and ongoing sales activities.
· Focus on marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp marketing, social media marketing, linked in promotion, digital marketing promotions etc.
Requirements & Skills
· Good Communication Skills
· Excellent Follow up & team skills
· Fresher or previous experience in sales coordination, preferably in the garment industry.
· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· Digital Marketing Experience or knowledge is added advantage
