1. Job Overview
A Sales Coordinator Operations Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and managing operational processes to ensure smooth business functioning. The role involves coordinating with clients, handling internal teams, managing orders, tracking shipments, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of sales operations.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Coordination

Act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.

Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, queries, and follow-ups.

Support the sales team by preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client communications, and closed deals.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding and account management processes.
B. Operations & Order Management

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams for order fulfillment.

Track shipment status and update clients and internal teams accordingly.

Maintain stock and inventory records to ensure product availability.
C. Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide support for after-sales service and warranty-related issues.
D. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and analyze sales reports, MIS, and operational performance metrics.

Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, invoices, and payment records.

Assist management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports.
E. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the marketing, finance, and procurement departments for smooth operations.

Support the sales manager and senior leadership team in planning business strategies.

Assist in organizing sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
