Role: Operation Executive-Interns
Experience: Fresher(Good Communication Skills)
Location: Noida Sec-58
Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days
Selection Process: 1 Round of Interview(F2F Interview)
Stipend- 6000/- Per Month
Job description - Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the entire operational activities including overall operation of education, Training center, people process, client management, and operations.
- Accountable for maintaining the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area) Report for Astrologers daily, weekly & monthly.
- Supervising overall operational management, systems, and planning with the senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement process of the operational things on the platform.
- Evaluating & re-evaluating various SOPs from time to time to ensure adherence.
- Evaluating reports from Operations, Quality & Training to re-engineer & evolve processes
Qualifications –
- Must have Graduated from a recognized University.
- Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Ability to optimize workforce productivity, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a positive work environment.
- Responsible for documentation updating e.g. SOP, work instructions, visual standards, and Technical Data.
