VACANCY : 2 ( 1 MALE + 1 FEMALE )

DESIRABLE : Experience in shipping Agency /ship handling
LANGUAGE SKILL: ENGLISH MUST ( SPEAK , WRITE AND READ)
COMPUTER : TYPING SKILL , MS OFFICE SKILL
WORKING : FEMALE: FROM OFFICE
MALE : OFFICE AND FIELD WORK
WORKING HOURS :
MON- FRIDAY 0930-1730 HRS
SAT 0930-1400 HRS
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Customer Support
- Assist the sales team in client communication, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and sales reports.
Shipping & Operational Tasks
- Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, and logistics teams for smooth vessel handling.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Monitor cargo movement, vessel schedules, and operational requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Manage and process invoices, shipping documents, and regulatory paperwork.
- Track shipments, delays, and operational challenges and report them to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, vessel movements, and shipping transactions.
