We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven freshers to join our Sales team. In this role, you will work on CRM tools to manage leads, engage with potential customers, and achieve monthly sales targets. You’ll learn the complete sales process and be an important part of our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
Work on the company’s CRM software to manage leads and customer data.

Call, follow up, and communicate with leads to explain product/service offerings.

Schedule demos or meetings with potential clients.

Maintain daily records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.

Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and pitching relevant solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding of clients.

Report sales updates and progress to the Sales Manager.
