Job Description
Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for multiple onsite roles in Sales & Customer Service at Ghansoli MBP, Navi Mumbai. Openings include voice/inbound processes for Airtel, BAGIC, SBI, IDFC, ETLI, Tata, LG (Gujarati), and OneAssist. Key tasks involve handling calls, solving queries, achieving targets, and CRM record management. Minimum qualification is 12th pass; age limit is 18–34. Freshers and experienced (6+ months) are welcome. Communication in English is required; Gujarati is a must for LG process. Basic computer skills needed. Shifts vary from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday offs based on process. In-hand salary ranges ₹13,000–₹18,000, with incentives based on performance.
