Responsibilities

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to build rapport and close deals
Engaging with leads/clients over chat, resolve queries, pitch product details to ensure conversion
Use CRM efficiently and follow-up regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Research client base to find new customers across potential markets and initiate a business collaborations
Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure effective delivery to the client
Provide customer support to leads and clients over chat and call

Desired Profile Of Candidates

English Proficiency - spoken and written
Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel as well as working in Google Sheets
Good typing speed
Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to complete demanding tasks.
