Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to build rapport and close deals
- Engaging with leads/clients over chat, resolve queries, pitch product details to ensure conversion
- Use CRM efficiently and follow-up regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Research client base to find new customers across potential markets and initiate a business collaborations
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure effective delivery to the client
- Provide customer support to leads and clients over chat and call
- English Proficiency - spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel as well as working in Google Sheets
- Good typing speed
- Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to complete demanding tasks.
