The SDE will be responsible for
1. Developing new leads
2. Understand the targeted industry verticals and pitching the product
3. Understand various personas to get connected and drive the lead towards product demonstration and closure with Account Managers
4. Communicating with existing customers to generate references
5. Ensuring a smooth sales process.
6. Should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
1. Make cold outbound calls to target accounts.
2. Call and qualify sales leads, understanding market needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
3. Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from various lead sources.
4. Answer inbound calls and emails.
5. Manage a pipeline of leads.
6. Record prospect information into CRM database.
7. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
8. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services and staying informed about competing products and services.
9. Help in closing sales and achieving regional/assigned sales targets.
1. Minimum Qualifications of at least 8 months experience in B2B industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Hands-on experience with various lead generation & qualification processes.
4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
