- Qualify leads by asking the right questions about online orders, billing, and marketing.
- Maintain clean, updated records in our CRM.
- Partner with account executives to refine messaging and improve conversion.

- Fresher with strong spoken and written English.
- Excited by restaurants, SaaS, and customer‑facing work.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, daily targets, and feedback.
- Basic understanding of spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and business communication.
- Prior internship, club leadership, or any initiative‑driven activity is a plus.
