Job Description
- Checking receipt of enquiries received on Email or Call.
• Preparing quotes and proposals as per the customer enquiry / request.
• Checking of stock at regular time intervals.
• Co-ordinate with accounts for payment collection.
• Co-ordinate with store for dispatch purposes.
• Preparing sales report keeping track of shortfall with respect to the target.
• Preparation of updated stock list to pre-plan the next import of materials / shipment.
• Proper filing and documentation of import documents.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services by customer / client / visits
• Ascertain customers needs and wants through continuous
• Recommend and show product that match customer needs
• Keep up to date with product information and update specifications, price, catalogue in products make.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Generate invoices in software appropriately and payment follow up
• Utilise social media to upgrade company web, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram experience.
