Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC and clean room product market through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Work closely with the marketing team to identify and pursue leads and prospects.

Qualify potential clients and ensure they align with company products and services.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC and clean room solutions.

Provide continuous support to clients post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:

Act as a subject matter expert on HVAC and clean room products, providing detailed technical knowledge and product recommendations to clients.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to ensure the suitability of the products for the client’s requirements.

Assist in customizing product solutions and provide accurate quotations based on customer specifications.

Sales Proposals & Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, tenders, and bids, ensuring they are accurate and tailored to the client's needs.

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.

Close sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Project Management Support:

Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

Provide technical support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the products are installed correctly and meet client expectations.

Follow up on project progress and ensure smooth after-sales service.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics, competitive strategies, and customer insights to refine product offerings.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities, pricing, and contract details.

Training & Product Knowledge Sharing:

Participate in regular product training and stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry regulations.

Share product knowledge with colleagues, customers, and distributors to enhance their understanding of the company’s offerings.
