Job Description
Job Title: - Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
o Participate in sales training programs to enhance core sales skills and product knowledge.
o Adhere to the company's sales processes and procedures.
o Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
o Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
o Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
o Support senior sales executives in showcasing products and services.
o Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
o Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
o Follow up with leads and customers to ensure prompt responses and issue resolution.
o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
o Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
o A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
o Ability to travel as required (if applicable).
o Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Education: Bachelor Degree: - Mechanical/Electrical
• Experience: Entry-level position
• Salary: - Rs15000-Rs.25000
