Job Description

1. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns.
2. Working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
3. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales goals.
4. Identifying potential markets and customer segments, analyzing competition, and understanding industry trends.
5. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support:

  • Identify and assess customer needs through technical consultation and needs analysis.

  • Present and demonstrate complex products or solutions to prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and detailed product quotations.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for technical queries during the sales process.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement managers within client organizations.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up post-sale to ensure successful implementation.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive positioning.

  • Guide clients on product selection and system configuration based on technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with the engineering or R&D team to provide customized solutions when standard offerings do not meet client needs.

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Support sales goals by identifying new market opportunities and contributing to growth strategies.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity summaries.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, or exhibitions to promote the company's products and engage with potential clients.

Proposal & Documentation Preparation:

  • Prepare detailed project proposals, specifications, and commercial offers aligned with customer needs and company policies.

  • Ensure proposals are technically accurate and clearly communicate value propositions.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the transition of projects from the pre-sales phase to the implementation or delivery teams.

  • Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with customer expectations and specifications.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and industry demands.
