Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation:
• Conduct thorough technical assessments of client requirements and surface-related challenges.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored coating solutions that meet customer specifications.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Actively seek out and engage potential clients to understand their needs and present our surface coating products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
• Provide training and product education to clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
• Customer Support:
• Serve as a technical liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing any technical concerns or challenges.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Market Intelligence:
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and enhance our competitive position.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• AUTOCAD knowledge is a must.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the surface coating industry.
• Strong technical understanding of surface coating processes, materials, and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
