Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

Greet and engage potential customers in the dealership or via digital channels (phone, website, or social media), identifying their needs and preferences regarding vehicle models, features, and budget.

Understand customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles and options, showcasing the key features and benefits of each model.

Provide customers with accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.

Organize and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining vehicle features, performance, and technology.

Actively promote additional products such as warranties, insurance, service plans, and accessories.

Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, guiding them through the purchasing process.

Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate the final pricing, payment terms, and trade-in offers with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Work with the finance department to offer and explain financing options such as loans or leasing, assisting customers in choosing the most appropriate financial product for their situation.

Finalize sales agreements and ensure all paperwork, including contracts and payment methods, are accurately processed.

Ensure all offers, promotions, and discounts are applied according to dealership policies, and follow up on outstanding customer commitments.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Keep up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing in the automotive industry.

Track competitor offers and promotions to ensure the dealership remains competitive and offers value-added services.

Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, emerging trends, and popular models.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular contact with previous customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Handle customer complaints or issues after the sale and coordinate resolutions with the service department if necessary.
