Job Summary: We are hiring a results-driven Field Sales Executive to visit businesses, showcase our lighting solutions, and secure on-the-spot or follow-up orders.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct B2B field visits to companies, factories, and retail stores daily.Pitch lighting products to procurement managers, business owners, and contractors.Demonstrate product benefits including energy efficiency, lifespan, and cost savings.Negotiate pricing terms and close sales orders on-site.Achieve monthly targets for order volume and new client acquisition.Maintain client relationships to secure repeat orders and long-term contracts.RequirementsProven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales.Prior background in lighting, electrical goods, or construction materials is highly preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Own transport (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver's license for daily travel.Self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets.
