Job Description
- Business Development for the organization by acquiring new corporate and government clients
- Identify potential customer for different range of product and services to be offered to customer
- Managing new developed accounts and existing accounts to generate revenue
- Regular interaction with customer to provide satisfaction after sales
- Provide alternative solutions to the customer, updating about them new products , business offerings and cross selling of other products
- Negotiation with clients and finalization of orders
- Timely payment follow up
- Customer / clients grievance handling
- Coordination with support team to ensure timely delivery of solutions
