Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive Corporate to join our sales team. The role involves generating qualified leads and selling our products and services to corporate clients such as BPOs, Enterprises, Service Providers, and other registered companies with a workforce of 20 or more employees currently using services similar to ours.
The candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact via calls and visits, understanding their current service providers, and convincing them to switch or adopt our offerings. Effective daily reporting, planning, and communication with the sales team are integral to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Research:

Conduct thorough research to identify target companies fitting the criteria:

Registered with government authorities

Have a company website

Minimum of 20 employees using similar services/products

Use online databases, business directories, social media, and other tools to build a pipeline of prospects.
2. Client Outreach & Engagement:

Make cold calls and warm calls to the decision-makers (such as Operations Managers, Procurement Heads, or Department Leads) to introduce company services.

Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with corporate clients to understand their existing solutions and requirements.

Effectively present and demonstrate the benefits and features of our products/services.
3. Sales Conversion:

Convert qualified leads into customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts within company guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, billing) for smooth onboarding and delivery.
4. Planning and Reporting:

Prepare daily and weekly sales plans outlining targeted companies, scheduled calls, and visits.

Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and client feedback using CRM or Excel sheets.

Submit daily reports on sales activities and results, and participate actively in evening discussions with the team to review progress and plan next steps.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues proactively.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
