Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, cold calls, corporate activities, in-store promotions, or leads provided by the bank.

Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various credit card options tailored to customer profiles.

Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate credit card based on their lifestyle, spending habits, and financial standing.
2. Product Promotion

Promote the credit card brand through marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional stands in malls, offices, and high-traffic public areas.

Distribute marketing materials and provide accurate product information to generate interest.

Educate potential customers on usage, rewards programs, offers, and billing processes.
3. Application Processing
-
Collect necessary customer documents such as identification proof, income statements, and photographs as per KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.

Accurately fill out credit card application forms and ensure all required fields are completed.

Submit applications and documentation to the back-office team for verification and processing.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Follow up with customers regarding application status and assist with any queries or issues during the approval process.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the application and onboarding journey.

Build long-term customer relationships that can lead to cross-selling of other banking products like personal loans, insurance, or savings accounts.
5. Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Maintain a daily activity report detailing customer interactions, applications submitted, and results.

Actively track personal performance and take necessary actions to improve sales results.
6. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Monitor competitor offerings, promotions, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and suggestions for product improvement.

Report on daily/weekly sales activities and progress to the team leader or sales manager.
