JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF Credit card sales executive

·         Ensure quality new sourcing of Credit cards through Tele calling / Referrals/Cold calling activity.

·         Lead Generation for Personal Loan / Home loan/ Car Loan.

·         Lead Generation for Investment products like Insurance/Mutual Fund.

·         Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own efforts.

·         Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the concerned department for follow-ups.

·         Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable credit card and loan options.

·         Provide accurate and detailed information about the features, benefits, and terms of credit card products and loan services to prospective customers.

·         Assist customers in completing loan applications and credit card forms, ensuring all required documentation is provided and accurately filled out.

·         Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and customer service representatives, to ensure a smooth loan application and approval process.

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our credit card products and loan services in the market.
