Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Credit Card to promote and sell credit cards to individual customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, explaining product features, assisting in documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
This is a field-based, target-driven sales role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong desire to build a career in the banking and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:

Promote and sell credit card products to individuals through direct field sales (B2C model).

Approach potential customers at residential areas, offices, retail outlets, corporate offices, and public areas.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate credit card products based on eligibility and lifestyle.
2. Product Presentation:

Clearly explain the features, benefits, terms & conditions, charges, and documentation required for various credit card products.

Use persuasive communication to highlight key USPs (e.g., reward points, cashback offers, lounge access, EMI options, etc.).

Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
3. Documentation and Application Processing:

Collect complete and accurate documentation from customers such as ID proof, address proof, income proof, and photographs.

Verify submitted documents and ensure they are compliant with KYC and regulatory requirements.

Submit applications to backend teams or upload them digitally through the sales app or CRM portal.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Follow up with customers on application status and resolve any issues that arise during processing.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a professional relationship post-sale.

Educate customers on credit card usage, payment cycles, and responsible credit behavior.
5. Achieving Targets and Reporting:

Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for credit card applications and approvals.

Maintain records of calls, visits, and applications through reports or CRM tools.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competition.
