Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Visits & Relationship Building

Visit existing and potential customers daily as per the assigned beat plan or territory.

Build strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, or end-users.

Understand customer requirements, offer solutions, and respond to objections effectively.
2. Product/Service Promotion
-
Promote company products/services to customers in the assigned area.

Give product demonstrations, share brochures, explain pricing, and highlight unique selling points (USPs).

Assist customers in placing orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
3. Sales Target Achievement
-
Achieve individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly) as defined by the company.

Generate and convert leads into business by visiting shops, offices, or households (depending on product type).

Maximize sales productivity through smart planning and daily execution.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain daily reports on visits, leads generated, orders taken, and payments collected.
-
Update CRM apps, Google Sheets, or manual reports as instructed.
-
Share market feedback, customer trends, and competitor activity with managers.
5. Field Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate with back-office, delivery, or operations teams for order processing and delivery.
-
Follow up with customers for payments, repeat orders, or service requests.

Attend weekly review meetings and training sessions as required.
