Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive - Field Sales - IT Sales to join our expanding sales team. This is a client-facing, field-based role focused on selling IT products, services, and solutions to businesses within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B IT sales, a strong understanding of the technology landscape, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Promote and sell IT products and services, which may include hardware (servers, laptops, networking equipment), software (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions), or managed IT services.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Visit potential and existing clients regularly to present offerings, provide demos, and build rapport.

Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand their IT infrastructure, challenges, and growth plans.

Establish long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers, IT managers, and procurement heads.

Maintain excellent post-sales engagement to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Proposal & Quotation Management

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with company standards.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to design and price suitable solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability.
4. Market Intelligence

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the IT sector.

Collect customer and market feedback to identify product gaps or potential improvements.

Report on market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape future sales strategies.
5. Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the company’s CRM software.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales manager on sales pipeline, progress, and challenges.

Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up for renewals, payments, and service delivery.
