Role Summary
We look forward to energetic & passionate individuals to be part of our Business Development Team. As a team member, you will contribute to Sales & Marketing of B2B solutions by engaging with prospects/ leads in a professional and ethical manner.
Role Description
Sales
- Confidently engage with prospects/leads over phone and email
- Compelling introduction of company, portfolio of works and product
- Clear and well-organized demonstration of the product (online & face-to-face)
- Capable of tracking of active leads & ensuring sales closure
- Building a professional rapport with the qualified leads
Marketing
- Identify & develop database of prospect/leads through print/ digital media (LinkedIn, Google search etc.)
- Proficiently handle marketing communications through emails
- Qualify prospects/leads for sales activities
- Experience/ Know-how in Digital Marketing is desirable
Skills & Qualification
- MBA in Marketing & Sales
- Experience – 0 to 1 year
- Motivated, self-driven & goal-oriented individual
- Aptitude for technology & familiarity with mobile apps/ tech products
- Possess excellent communication skills
- English – Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Hindi – Good verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to handle difficult conversations/ people in a calm & composed manner.
