Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our on-site Sales team in Bangalore. If you have great communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career.
Roles and Duties:· Understand Bhanzu’s offerings and communicate our mission to potential customers.
· Manage lead information in CRM and maintain accurate records.
· Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests.
· Engage with leads via email and WhatsApp to explain our courses.
· Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting course benefits.
· Learn and use CRM and other internal software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential customers through research, networking, and leads provided by the company.

Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or social media to introduce the company’s products or services.

Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstration

Assist in presenting and demonstrating the company’s products or services to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches that highlight product features and benefits, aligning them with the customers’ needs.

Answer queries related to products or services and resolve any doubts the clients may have.
3. Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with leads and clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to nurture long-term business relationships.

Provide after-sales support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Achieving Sales Targets

Actively pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the team leader or sales manager.

Work toward achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as calls made, appointments scheduled, leads converted, and sales closed.

Report progress regularly to the sales manager and share feedback to improve performance.
5. Learning and Development

Participate in sales training programs and workshops to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.

Continuously seek ways to improve sales strategies and techniques by learning from senior colleagues and team leads.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better advise customers.
6. Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and transactions in the company CRM or sales management software.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.

Support the team in coordinating events, promotions, or trade shows, where applicable.
