Job Description
- Identify potential clients through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis. Develop a deep understanding of client needs by conducting cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and retention rates. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, project management) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- 0-1 year of experience in business development or related field (freshers welcome).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong presentation skills for compelling pitches and demos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:

Approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, or inbound inquiries (depending on the business model).

Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.

Build rapport and trust to convert prospects into active clients.
2. Product Promotion and Demonstration:

Explain the features, pricing, and benefits of the product/service in a clear and convincing manner.

Provide product demos, samples, brochures, or catalogues where applicable.

Stay updated on promotions, discounts, or seasonal offers to attract customer interest.
3. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or sales manager.

Track personal performance and seek support in improving sales outcomes.

Actively participate in sales competitions, contests, and incentive programs.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with new and existing customers.

Provide after-sales support, address queries, and assist in resolving issues.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain records of leads, calls, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools or sales logs.
