Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities for SaaS product sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, CIOs, and decision-makers.
• Product Demonstration & Pitches: Conduct compelling SaaS product demonstrations, highlighting its benefits in hospital operations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and finalize agreements with hospitals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and hospital requirements.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
• Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather feedback from hospitals and share insights with the product development team.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for SaaS subscriptions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare SaaS, medical software, or hospital technology solutions.
• Strong network of contacts in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of hospital workflows, HIS (Hospital Information Systems), EMR/EHR systems, and digital healthcare trends.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales efforts in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and hospital visits (if required).
