Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and market research. 

  • Client Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. 

  • Sales Presentations:

    Introduce, demonstrate, and explain products/services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs. 

  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate sales terms, costs, and agreements, and close deals to meet targets. 

  • Account Management:

    Oversee existing accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Reporting & Administration:

    Track sales activities in CRM software, generate reports, and manage quotes and proposals. 

  • Market Awareness:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. 

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Customer relationship management.

  • Goal-orientation and ability to meet targets.

  • Problem-solving and objection handling.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
