Job Description
A store promoter drives brand awareness and product sales by actively engaging walk-in customers in a retail environment. They demonstrate product features, distribute samples, and guide consumers through the buying process to meet specific sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstration: Showcase product features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) through hands-on demonstrations and interactive presentations.
Customer Engagement: Approach shoppers, identify their needs, and effectively pitch products to drive conversions.
Sales Targets: Actively work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas set by the brand.
Merchandising:
Ensure promotional stands are clean, fully stocked, and equipped with adequate marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures).
Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and report on competitor activities or shopper objections to the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass or a high school degree; a background in marketing or business is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, English for the Bengaluru area) and regional languages.
