Job Description
A Sales Executive drives company revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts, acting as the primary link between the organization and its customers. They are responsible for identifying prospects, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and CRM proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Researching prospects, initiating cold calls, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value to potential clients

Sales Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
Account Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling.
Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Reporting & CRM: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, tracking sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
Market Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is typically required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
