Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, or Lab teams to identify digital opportunities that solve business challenges.
Digital Transformation: Lead the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI/ML, advanced analytics, and software solutions.
Data Management & Governance: Establish and manage data standards, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital products, monitoring performance, and managing project scope from conception to delivery.
Expert Advice: Act as a subject matter expert in technology areas like AI, quantum, or automation to provide guidance to stakeholders.
Change Management: Drive the adoption of new digital tools and technologies across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a relevant Life Science field.
Domain Expertise: Strong experience in digital transformation within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML platforms, and understanding of data governance.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience: Usually 5+ years of relevant experience in digital strategy or technical consulting.
