Job Description
A Home Loan Sales Executive or Officer drives the sale of mortgage products by sourcing new business, advising clients on loan options, and managing the application process from initiation to disbursement. They build relationships with developers, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation: Source new home loan business through open market, direct sales, and partnerships with real estate agents/developers.
Customer Advisory: Understand client needs, evaluate financial status, and recommend suitable loan products.
Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and submit necessary documents (income proof, KYC) and facilitate the KYC/underwriting process.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer and the bank's internal underwriting/credit team to resolve issues.
