Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Experience: Deliver engaging, top-tier service to maximize sales and brand loyalty.
Sales & KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends, apparel, and footwear.
Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and properly stocked according to visual standards.
Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage transactions, and assist with stock replenishment.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to enhance store atmosphere and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
