Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience or knowledge in the financial advisory domain, especially focused on share market and investment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, fostering client relationships, and promoting our advisory services. This role is crucial in helping clients achieve their financial goals by offering tailored investment strategies and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
    • Qualify leads to ensure they fit the profile of our target client base.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and market preferences.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and promote additional services.
  • Sales and Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets set for advisory services, including account management, investment products, and subscription-based plans.
    • Provide clients with timely and accurate information on market trends, investment products, and advisory recommendations.
  • Presentation and Consultation:

    • Conduct presentations and one-on-one meetings to explain advisory services, market insights, and investment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
    • Guide clients on risk management, portfolio diversification, and optimizing returns.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date on stock market trends, economic factors, regulatory changes, and new investment products.
    • Educate clients on new advisory offerings and market strategies to support their financial goals.
  • Reporting and Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and achieved targets.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during client interactions and sales processes.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in financial markets or advisory services are a plus.
    • Experience: 0-1years of experience in financial advisory, investment sales, or a related role, preferably in the share market or stock market industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and advisory services.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
      • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
