Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive Industrial Sales to join our business development team. The role involves selling industrial products, equipment, or solutions to manufacturing companies, contractors, industrial clients, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, conducting field visits, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial products and the B2B sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a technical and field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, logistics, and engineering.

Generate new leads through field visits, networking, online platforms, exhibitions, and cold calling.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into customers.
2. Client Meetings and Sales Presentations:

Visit client sites and conduct in-person meetings to understand their requirements.

Present product features, specifications, and benefits effectively using presentations, demos, or product brochures.

Provide technical consultation with the support of the product or engineering team when required.
3. Quotation, Negotiation, and Order Closure:

Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in coordination with internal pricing and technical teams.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.

Finalize contracts and close sales orders, ensuring proper documentation and order confirmation.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Act as the point of contact for clients for any queries, product issues, or support.

Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business or upsell opportunities.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.

Share insights with the management and suggest improvements in product offerings or sales strategies.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on visits, inquiries, quotations, orders, and collections.
6. Coordination and Follow-Up:

Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and after-sales service.

Attend internal meetings and product training sessions to stay informed about new developments.
