Sales Executive - Interior
Job Description
Identify and approach potential clients for interior design services.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.

Present product catalogs, design concepts, and quotations.

Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project flow.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert them into sales.

Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, social media, online platforms, exhibitions, and cold calls.

Conduct site visits or online consultations to understand client needs, budget, lifestyle, and space constraints.

Actively follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
2. Client Consultation:
-
Understand client vision and interior requirements for residential, commercial, or retail projects.

Recommend appropriate design packages, material options, and layout concepts.

Educate customers about products like modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, flooring, false ceilings, and other interior elements.
3. Sales Presentations and Closing:

Present concept designs, 3D visualizations (if applicable), and pricing to customers.

Provide detailed quotations and explain cost breakdowns.

Negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales in line with company guidelines.
4. Coordination with Design and Execution Teams:

Communicate client requirements clearly to the design and project teams.

Serve as a point of contact for clients during the sales-to-execution transition.

Attend project meetings or site visits as needed for handover or progress updates.
5. Documentation and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, quotations, and contracts.

Use CRM tools to update sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and client details.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
6. After-Sales Support:

Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.

Encourage referrals and testimonials from happy clients.

Maintain ongoing relationships for potential repeat business.
