Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generators to businesses, institutions, and individual clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify and visit potential customers such as contractors, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, retail outlets, and government departments.
- Understand client needs, provide technical information, and suggest suitable generator models.
- Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Maintain records of visits, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reports.
Requirements:
- Local candidates or those familiar with Dhanbad and Bokaro markets will be preferred.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits. Own Bike is must,
